After Steve and I take the boys trick-or-treating, we usually need to treat ourselves in some way. It's a big job hauling 5 crazy boys around the country, trying to intercept candy that is being rapid-fired into their mouths by the fist full. A couple of years ago, I started making a special cocktail for just the two of us, or for any of our friends whom we might be hanging out with.

ReplyDeleteI'm not a huge fan of Halloween - mostly just because I have never been into costumes. However, I'm very excited about trying out some of the Halloween cocktails - I pinned them so that I can try each and every one!
I LOVE Halloween, but have often wondered why in the world we celebrate such a dark and twisted holiday. ;-) It's so funny to me. BUT, I think it's such a fun holiday and look forward to it every year. I absolutely love going Trick-or-Treating with the kiddos!
